 The ability to do something well especially because of training practice etc. Skill is capacity to do something well. 

• The skill versus degree confusion happen everywhere in the world many flock in our country have University education however that does not profit them as a result of having the talent.
•  Higher education and skill both the play an important role in life of person .
• Higher education and skill are two side of a coin.
• Skills satisfy  people interest the feeling you get once you satisfy your curiosity having a spend a load of your time and energy in attempting to deek take out a solution is extremely delightful.
•  The education system in the world check of memory but skill based coaching equips you with analytic attitude meet once you enter the workforce.
• Many time we are not able to succeed even after have degree but sometime we have even after have skills.

In our society 

• In our society education is only important not skills
• Our society runs toward degree, not a skill because in our society jobs provide on the basis of degree not skilled .people have the skill to do this work but if they do not have a degree then they will not get this job
• In our society it is mentality that when children are born ,send it to school after that college and then he is successful.
• Parents not gives  the attention on the skills of children from beginning.

The problem with higher education institution in India 

• Educational institutions involve the method of giving and receiving general and specialized information in a systematic and arrange manner.
•  Education institution give only thematic information not give practically.
•  One of the biggest issue related to higher education is the lake of equality education our education system produce graduate with degree,  who lake the basic knowledge. if a person does not have knowledge then how will employed? 
• Another important issue or we can say irony is that our college are teaching practical courses theoretically there is lake of hand on experience.
• There is gap in the access to resources for quality education, there is a need of increasing the accessibility to resources .
• Another issue is of law enrolment of student in institutes of Higher Education, a compared to other Nation.
•  The inadequate infrastructure .
• There has been an increase in the number of seat without the corresponding increase in the facilities.

Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg are not only alike because they have a used Fortuner , both are the richest people in the world . both billionaires are also dropped out of college prematurely.

 Interestingly, there success often cannot be attributed to where they have studied. there are many billionaires who did not finish their studies in college will some of these famous floks never went to college several drop out after they found their true calling.

Mark Zuckerberg is another successful person who did not finish the smartest school in the world. he dropped out of Harvard University in his soap home near to focus on running Facebook Zuckerberg create Facebook from his college drop out  and had a hard time relating to people so he create a website where anyone from the university could register and be able to meet them but what start it as something local turn into a big international business

He was a student at the University of Texas at Austin only during his first year, when he decided to drop out to run PC's Limited, which later changed its name to the well-known brand Dell company that become the number one seller of PCs in the world.

3.  Steve Jobs, founder of Apple

 latest jobs is one of the most recognised billionaire release without College degree in the world jobs is a great example that show that you don't need a College degree to start a great Complex he went to read college but after 6 month he realise that it was not his think and that it was not worth it for his parents to spend so much money on his studies so he quit.

4.  Azhar Iqubal  

Azhar lqubal is the man behind this brilliant Idea his not to have dropped out of IIT Delhi to start in shorts because he understood that the content construction pattern of the country were changing.

Ways by which coming youth can develop skills if we want to our country grow and rise their GDP and with win many medals in games then we have to teach our next generation to you not depend on degrees but also defender skills there is also need to change some role in our education system they should focus to teach practical more than theoretical a teacher should teach that students are studying about the where they are used that knowledge parents and society should not give more pressure toward make in spite of they should teach how can improve on our skills
