Mental Health refers to behavioral, emotional and well being of thinking capacity. Sometimes, people use word 'Mental Health' to symbolize one's mental stability or disorder. Mental health affects daily life, relations and physical health as well. Mental health helps a person to tackle out their day-to-day problems.
A person with good mental health would be able to take his decisions, to do his daily work, to communicate with others. Person who are not mentally stable are harmful for others as well as for themselves also. Either they are too quite and not react to anything or too aggressive that they may hurt others and even themselves. They don't like social life very much and communicating with others. And it is very difficult to make them understand anything, to control and communicate them.
Such people are needed to be treated with lots of love, care and treatment so that they will be alright and enjoy their lives.
