As we all know our body is 70% related to what we eat. But what about the rest 30%? This remaining 30% is related to exercise or workout we do. Everybody knows doing exercise daily makes our body fit and keep us aloof from several diseases and disorders.
In our busy and fixed schedules we have time for everything but not for exercise. Especially women, either working or housewives they are too busy to make time for exercise or even for themselves, they're always absorbed with their work. Also in middle class families ladies and girls are not allowed to go to gymnasiums. So how should they keep themselves healthy? Gymnasiums are good option to a person to keep him or her healthy but not the only option. People who are not allowed to go to gyms or can't afford it, can follow several steps or exercises to make them fit and healthy:
- Going for morning walks or jogging
- Doing exercises such as jumping jacks, squats, push ups at home or in parks
- Cycling is another good option to stay fit
- If you are an adult aim for 10,000 steps per day.
