Our body is 70% related to what we eat. A good or healthy diet keeps a person healthy while a bad or unhealthy diet affect one's healthy badly.
Now a days, main reason for bad health is excess eating of junk food which causes obesity, laziness, bad immunity, increases cholesterol, junk food also affects blood pressure very badly. Another reason of bad health is unhealthy lifestyle, people are always absorbed with their work and take a lot of stress which affects physical as well as mental health. A healthy diet is consist of a limited intake of vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibre etc. It includes fruits, vegetables, meat, fishes and other food materials which are good for health.
