 When someone talks about health the first thing came to our mind is a physically fit body. Nobody thinks about the mental health, health of our organs and other body parts. According to WHO (World Health Organization) "Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being." A person is considered to be completely healthy if he/she had all three: First, body without any disease. Second, ability to tackle out day-to-day problems. Third, a good adjustment with social environment or social life. Some basic and main habits which promotes good are the following : Regular exercise, adequate sleep, taking more healthy food and lesser junk food, avoiding stressful situations and unhealthy activities such as smoking, drinking alcohol etc.
