In our country especially among the middle class and the lower middle class people violence is most common. Due to stressful conditions people especially males are used to drink alcohol etc., and do physical as well as mental violence against women and children.
What is Violence?
Violence is the behavior involving force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something. Violence is not only abut hitting somebody, mental torture, sexual harassment and forcing anyone in any form is considered as violence. According to estimates, out of total almost 35 per cent of women globally experience violence in their lifetime. And, in India among every 10,000 women 26 per cent of women experience physical violence during their lifetime.
