There are some guidelines to wear a mask properly, because it is useless to wear mask on your chin because viruses enter to your body from you mouth and nose, not from chin.

  1. Wear mask of tightly woven, breathable fabric
  2. Mask should be of three layers atleast
  3. If wearing reusable mask, wash your mask daily
  4. Wear mask on both mouth and nose
  5. Mask should cover your mouth properly, and its edges should be spread on your cheeks.

With proper way, there is proper time to wear mask

  1. Don't wear mask while exercising, running,
  2. Don't wear mask if you are working at places such as brick mills, or other heated areas
Because in such conditions your body doesn't get complete oxygen. Oxygen intake is lower then the need at this time. Thus it will be dangerous to wear mask in such conditions.

  2. If you are suffer from cold, cough, fever or covid-19
  3. Use right type of mask as per your need.
