Physical Health

  "A Healthy brain always stays in a healthy body." Therefore, for a healthy mind a physically fit or healthy body is most important. Physical health includes proper functioning of one's all five sensory organs that are eyes, nose, ears, tongue and skin. Secondly, All the body parts such as hands, legs etc., should be fit.

   A person can be physically unfit by birth or due to any accident. For example, there are many people who are unable to hear, see or speak by birth or lost their body parts in an accident. Health of private parts is as important as of other body parts. Most of the people, especially women are fit and healthy in every aspect but are suffering or suffered with several infections such as UTI's (Urinary Tract Infections), vaginal infection etc., with are very dangerous to their health. 

   But one can make himself or herself physically healthy by following some basic tips : Increase water intake, decreased intake of sugary drinks or cold drinks, exercise regularly, eating more fruits and vegetables and lesser intake of junk food in the diet this will not only promote physical fitness but also help to keep our private parts healthy.
