    Now a days people especially youth prefer junk food over home made food. According to a report 80% people eat junk food on daily basis. They like to eat burgers, pizzas, momos rather than vegetables and food. This is the main reason of lack of concentration in us. As we knew our body is 70% of what we eat. If we eat healthy we will be healthy and if we eat unhealthy we will bee unhealthy. The reason behind eating too much of junk food and fast food is lack of time, in today's life all are absorbed with our work and don't have enough time to cook something healthy. And junk food and fast food are easy to cook, easily available, and offcourse more tasty than home made food for some people. Some people find it so tasty that they cannot resist it and become addicted to it.
