How important breakfast is?

Your morning routine starts with what you eat in the morning. Thus, your breakfast tones your whole day. Most people skip their breakfast or having a cup of tea or coffee is their whole breakfast. First of all, drinking just coffee or tea at any time in the day is harmful, especially when your stomach is empty.
